스텔라랩스(이하 "운영자")는 「SNS 경쟁사 분석」(이하 "서비스")를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」과 Meta 플랫폼 약관, YouTube API 서비스 정책에 따라 이용자의 정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 서비스는 인스타그램 데이터를 Meta 의 공식 Instagram API(Facebook 로그인)로, 유튜브 데이터를 YouTube API 서비스로만 받으며, 스크래핑이나 비공식 방법을 쓰지 않습니다.

저장하지 않는 정보: 사진·동영상 파일, 캡션·설명 전문, 댓글 내용, 팔로워 명단 등 다른 이용자의 개인정보, Facebook·인스타그램·Google 비밀번호.

4. 데이터 삭제를 요청하는 방법

  1. 서비스 안에서: 대시보드 → 인스타 연결 → "연결 해제하고 인스타 데이터 삭제" 또는 내 계정 → "모든 데이터 삭제". 누르는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  2. Facebook 에서: Facebook 설정 → 보안 및 로그인(또는 "앱 및 웹사이트") → 이 서비스 앱 제거. Meta 가 보내는 삭제 요청을 받아 즉시 지우고, 확인 코드로 처리 상태를 데이터 삭제 안내 페이지에서 볼 수 있습니다.
  3. 이메일: stellalabs@naver.com 로 요청하면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이(10일 이내) 처리합니다.

서비스에서 지워도 인스타그램·유튜브에 있는 원래 게시물·계정에는 아무 영향이 없습니다.

5. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전

제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다(전자세금계산서 발행 시 국세청 전송, 법령에 따른 요청은 예외). 서비스는 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)의 클라우드(Workers, D1, Email Service)에서 운영되어 위 정보가 Cloudflare 데이터센터(국외 포함)에 저장·처리됩니다(목적: 호스팅·보관·안내 메일, 보유: 위 3항과 같음). Meta Platforms, Inc.·Google LLC 는 데이터의 출처이며, 서비스가 이들에게 이용자 정보를 제공하지는 않습니다(API 호출 시 고객의 토큰·조회 대상 이름이 전송되는 것은 제외).

로그인 유지와 연결 과정 보호(CSRF 방지)를 위한 쿠키만 쓰며, 광고·추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.

열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있고, 지체 없이(10일 이내) 조치합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 거래 정보는 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다.

스텔라랩스 ("we") operates SNS 경쟁사 분석 ("SNS Competitor Analysis", the "Service"), a subscription web service for Korean brands that records and compares public metrics of competitor Instagram professional accounts and YouTube channels. We receive Instagram data only through Meta's official Instagram API (Facebook Login) and YouTube data only through the YouTube API Services. We do not scrape, use unofficial APIs, or automate logins.

Data we process

  • Account and billing: login email, session, and business subscription details (company, business registration number, contact name, email, optional phone, invoice email).
  • When a customer connects Instagram via Facebook Login: the app-scoped Facebook user ID, the selected Facebook Page ID and name, the connected Instagram professional account ID and username, granted permissions, and the access token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM) with its expiry; the customer's own account counts, recent media metadata (ID, time, type, link, first 80 characters of the caption, hashtags, like and comment counts) and daily insights.
  • Competitor Instagram business/creator accounts named by the customer, via Business Discovery: public profile counts and recent media metadata (as above, likes only when not hidden, Reels view counts). Personal and private accounts cannot be looked up.
  • YouTube channels named by the customer: public channel statistics and recent video statistics (ID, publish time, first 80 characters of the title, view/like/comment counts).
  • Launch-notification sign-ups: company/brand name, email, optional Instagram username, and consent time.

We never store media files, full captions, comment text, follower lists, or any passwords.

How we use it

Only to provide the customer who connected or named the accounts with dashboards, comparisons, top posts, weekly reports, spike alerts and CSV exports. We do not sell, rent or share Platform Data with third parties or other customers, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, surveillance, discrimination, or eligibility decisions.

Retention

  • Instagram data: 14 days on the free plan and up to 730 days on the paid plan. If the Instagram connection stays expired or revoked for 30 days, all Instagram data for that workspace is deleted.
  • YouTube statistics obtained without channel-owner authorization: kept for at most 30 days and refreshed daily.
  • Billing records: 5 years as required by Korean tax law. Launch-notification sign-ups: 1 year or until deletion is requested.

Deletion

You can delete data at any time: in the Service (Instagram connection → "Disconnect and delete Instagram data", or Account → "Delete all data"); by removing the app in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, which sends us a deletion request that we process immediately; or by emailing stellalabs@naver.com. See Data Deletion Instructions. Deleting data in the Service does not affect the original Instagram or YouTube accounts or posts.

YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can revoke access via the Google security settings page.

Processors and transfers

The Service runs on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) infrastructure (Workers, D1, Email Service), so data is stored and processed in Cloudflare data centers, including outside Korea. We use only cookies required for login and CSRF protection; no advertising or tracking cookies.
